Purchase Policy

Terms --- SEND NO CASH, Payments by COD for stock purchases if any are available, and for regular orders.

Payments for commissioned work as follows:

---Money order if security deposit is requested or--

---Certified Cheque.

---Cash on delivery---(COD)via Canada Post for balance.

All appropiate taxes, shipping and insurance expenses are paid by the purchaser. No personnel cheques will be accepted. DO NOT SEND ANY CASH. Always retain copies of transactions including e-mail correspondence for your records.

Prices--Pricing varies due to the type of carving, the amount of carving, type of wood used, shipping weight, shipping cost and related insurance costs.

Prices will range for retail from $500.00 to $1425.00 and up (Canadian). Each funeral home is responsible for retail price in accordance to their area.

Shipping costs vary on distance, weight, size and the amount of insurance and speed of delivery.

Returns

Urns may be returned within 05(five)days of original shipping date regardless of reason, providing the following criteria is met;

(1) Your shipping date is within the five day period.

(2) The inner seals have not been tampered - altered or broken.

(3) The original packaging is used entirely.

(4) That there is no damage to the Urn.

(5) That you insure for the full cost of the Urn.

(6) That shipping and insurance costs are your responsibility.

PRIORITY POST NEED NOT BE USED FOR RETURNS.

It is understood by you, the purchaser and by me, the supplier that you may send your return by regular mail and that it may take several days. It is understood that the five day period does not include the travel time of package although it may exceed the five day period. Please ensure your mailing date falls within the five day period from date you signed for receivership.

It is understood that no CODs will be accepted at this office, UNLESS PREVIOUSE ARRANGEMENT IS MADE.

It is understood that all shipping charges and insurance costs are the responsibility of you the purchaser.

 

Refund Policy

No refund will be made until the following criteria has been confirmed by me,

(1) That your shipping date falls in the guidlines of return policy.

(2) That the inner seals have not been tampered with, altered or broken, URNS USED FOR SCATTERING MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

(3) That the original packing was used.

(4) That there is no damage to the Urn.

(5) That proper insurance coverage was provided.

It is understood by you, the purchaser and me, the supplier, that a full refund is to be honoured less restocking charges and any shipping charges paid by this company. Unless previouse arrangements are made or agreed upon.

Be informed that your local POSTMASTER may allow you to open and view the Urn in his presence on compassionate grounds. Should you decide not to accept the order, you may refuse it at this point and have it resealed and returned to me. There should be no charge for this service and return shipping is paid by me. This is solely at the discretion of each Postmaster.
